During my time at Centre for Sight, I have spearheaded several impactful initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand recognition. I have introduced innovative strategies for optimising marketing materials, leveraging data-driven insights to refine campaign performance. I have managed and curated content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Threads to play a pivotal role in fostering an innovative and fresh approach to marketing material.
- Content creation including engaging social media templates and videos (e.g. interviews) using Canva to maintain brand consistency. - Planned and executive social media campaigns across a number of platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitter 
- Scheduled and monitored social media posts using HootSuite to optimise reach and engagement. 
- Collaborated with the Medical Director to craft medical ad copy for social media, email campaigns, SEO blog posts, door drops, sponsorships, magazines, and website content focusing on the 4 key vision correction treatments. 
- Briefed creative designers and magazine publishers for publications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives for artwork. 
- Oversaw areas of brand strategy, including brand redesign initiatives to enhance market presence and brand identity, including photography organisation. 
- Managed the ordering of essential business materials such as medicine bags, stationary equipment, and business cards to support daily operations. 
- Liaised with web developers, PPC agencies, and external groups to implement changes to marketing materials and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 
- Conducted data analysis using tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Insights, CentrePoint, HotJar and MailChimp to monitor campaign performance and inform decision-making. 
- Executed targeted email marketing campaigns using MailChimp, segmenting audiences to deliver personalised content and promotions.
